Chicken Caesar Salad

A classic Caesar Salad made heartier with juicy grilled chicken!

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 Anchovies
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tbs dijon mustard
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbs mayonaise

Directions

Separate the eggs and add in a food processor with the rest of ingredients. Can be kept in the fridge up to 5 days

Croutons

  • 3 pieces of toast bread
  • A few sprays of olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp italian herbs

Directions

  • Cut up the toast bread and spray with olive oil
  • Season with salt, pepper, italian herbs and garlic powder
  • Bake in air fryer on 200 for 5 min

Chicken and Herbs

  • Tray of boneless chicken thighs or 4 pieces of chicken breast
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp italian herbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Directions

  • Cut up the chicken into squares
  • Add oil and seasoning
  • Cook in air fryer on 200 for 15-20 min
