A classic Caesar Salad made heartier with juicy grilled chicken!

Ingredients
- Iceberg lettuce
- Caesar Dressing
- Croutons
- Chicken and herbs

Dressing
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 Anchovies
- 2 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tbs dijon mustard
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbs mayonaise


Directions
Separate the eggs and add in a food processor with the rest of ingredients. Can be kept in the fridge up to 5 days

Croutons
- 3 pieces of toast bread
- A few sprays of olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp italian herbs

Directions
- Cut up the toast bread and spray with olive oil
- Season with salt, pepper, italian herbs and garlic powder
- Bake in air fryer on 200 for 5 min

Chicken and Herbs
- Tray of boneless chicken thighs or 4 pieces of chicken breast
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp italian herbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder

Directions
- Cut up the chicken into squares
- Add oil and seasoning
- Cook in air fryer on 200 for 15-20 min
