A simple dish with big flavour that’ll light up your taste buds

Ingredients
- Vegetables: A whole head of garlic, a finger size ginger, two carrots, three spring onions, a bunch of coriander leaves
- Wet ingredients: 1/4 cup of sesame oil, 1/2 cup of low sodium soy sauce, 3/4 cup of oyster sauce, 1/3 cup of rice vinegar
- Dry ingredients: 1 tbs of onion powder, 1 tbs of garlic powder, 1 tsp of ginger powder, 1/2 tsp of Chinese spices, 1 cube of chicken bouillion,
- Chinese Noodles (I used two packets)




Directions
- Peel the ginger and carrots
- Chop up the garlic and ginger or pulse in food processor
- Cut the carrots and spring onions into strips
- Cut the coriander into small pieces
- Cut the chicken into strips
- Fry the ginger and garlic in sesame oil then add the chopped up chicken
- Add the dry ingredients and stir
- Add the rest of the vegetables
- Add the wet ingredients and stir
- Cover and let it cook on medium heat
- Boil the noodles then stir into the chicken sauce and serve.
